We offer optional rain covers for an additional fee. If the weather is unsafe (e.g., high winds), we'll reschedule or refund your booking.
You can book at anytime, however we always advise (up to 24 hours notice) to book to ensure that you secure your chosen inflatable.
All bouncy castle booking prices include delivery, set-up and collection of the inflatable equipment. You will receive everything needed to inflate the castle and have a fantastic fun filled day, equipment includes your chosen inflatable, a blower, extension cable, safety mats and sandbags or pegs. No Hidden extra charges. Please note if your postcode falls in the congestion zone you will have to cover the charge.
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
Delivery and collection times are flexible and will be tailored to your needs.
Yes, our bouncy castles require a power source for the blower. If power isn't available, we can provide a generator for an extra fee.
Setup typically takes 15-30 minutes, depending on the castle size and location. We'll arrive early to ensure everything is ready on time.
Yes, many of our castles can be used indoors if the space meets the size requirements (check each castle's details). Ensure the ceiling height is sufficient.
Yes, overnight hire does carry an additional charge, simply mention it to us when ordering or add it to your online booking.
We currently accept cash payments only. Please have the correct amount ready on the day of your booking. We're working on adding more payment options in the future for your convenience!
We are fully insured for £10 million public liability. Please email if you wish to be provided with a copy.
Make sure everyone gets off the inflatable immediately then check that the blower hasn't detached from the inflatable & make sure everything is plugged in to the electrics. That should solve the problem.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage may incur repair fees.
