Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if it rains on the day?

Bouncy castles can still be used in light rain. However, if conditions become unsafe (heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning), we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. Safety always comes first.

How much notice do I need to give?

We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings — just give us a call!

What's included in the hire price?

Everything you need! Free delivery and collection, professional setup, electric blower, extension cable, safety mats, and sandbags or pegs. We set it all up and take it all away — you just enjoy the fun!

What about wind? Is there a limit?

Yes — safety regulations state that inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 24mph. We monitor weather conditions and will advise you if conditions are unsuitable.

Do you provide supervision?

We provide delivery, setup, and collection. A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle at all times during use. We provide comprehensive safety guidelines with every booking.

Can I keep the castle overnight?

Yes! Overnight hire is available for an additional £30. The castle must be deflated and secured overnight, and we'll collect it the following morning.

What surfaces can the castle be set up on?

We can set up on grass, tarmac, or paved areas. Grass is ideal as we use ground pegs for extra security. On hard surfaces, we use sandbags instead. Indoor setups are also possible with adequate ceiling height.

Are you insured and certified?

Absolutely! All our inflatables are PIPA tested (Inflatable Play Inspection Procedure) and we hold full public liability insurance. Your safety and peace of mind is our priority.
